I've been gone a little while cause I was having a baby and stuff :) And I must say, he is a pretty darn perfect baby. I mean look at him...

Gideon Leif

How cute is he? He's 2 months old now and hubby and I are totally in love with him.

My crafty world has not existed for a while now, but I have started to feel the urge to do something (anything) creative bubbling inside. So stay tuned...
We finally got a crib! The bedding is from Land of Nod. It was my big splurge because I thought it was so cute. I know baby will not give a rip about his bedding, but whatever.

39 weeks....

I've been doing some design work for a record label. It's been fun (and I'm actually getting paid) and a great diversion...I feel like this baby is never going to come.....

CD cover. The tree background is from a photo I took in Colorado.

T-shirt design.

I've also been doing some promotional stuff for my brother's band. They wanted business cards. I didn't know bands used business cards, but apparently they do.

I do still have a few pillows that I've made out of vintage aprons left. I'll be putting them in my shop soon....(hopefully)

I've been into making ornaments lately. These are really simple, but they're a great way to use up my pretty fabric scraps!

I've been away for a while. My shop is still open, but it is getting a huge makeover soon. So what have I been doing? Well after 8 years of waiting I finally got pregnant! My hubby and I are so excited...there are no words.

I've been working on a lot crafty stuff for his room - oh yeah, it's a boy!

These were just cheap Ikea frames I covered with fabric and attached with ribbon. They're filled with pictures of all the cousins.

This tree art was really fun to make. I got the idea from Pottery Barn Kids - but their's is almost $200! I painted the tree on different size canvases and then used the same fabric I used for the frames for the leaves.

I painted most of the furniture and added new hardware. I love the white.

The framed artwork is just simple photoshop brushes I found online. It took me about 5 minutes to do each one. I framed them with $3 frames from A.C. Moore.

I made the owl mobile out of really cool craft paper and ribbon.

I'm having so much fun. His room is almost finished. I just need a crib!
